How It Works
The integration syncs financial events from your platform to Intercom in real time.
When actions such as successful payments, failed charges, subscription upgrades, or cancellations occur, the corresponding customer record in Intercom is automatically updated. You can also trigger automated messages or workflows based on billing activity.
This ensures every conversation is supported by accurate and up-to-date financial context.
Configure
Go to the Integrations section in your dashboard.
Select Intercom and authorize your workspace.
Map customer identifiers to ensure accurate syncing.
Choose which financial events should update Intercom or trigger automations.
Save your settings and test the connection.
Once configured, customer data and billing activity will remain synchronized automatically.
